Good morning,
In class we are looking at events that took place in Dos Erres, Guatemala in the early 80s. We are viewing parts of the documentary Finding Oscar. The documentary is paused several times and we discuss what is happening and students are responsible for answering questions about the days viewing. Each day a message is sent in Google Classroom informing students about the section of the documentary we watched and what questions they were to answer. IF A STUDENT IS ABSENT they are responsible for making up the work they missed. They can: (1) - come to my Homebase and watch the missing section or (2) - watch the documentary on Amazon Prime if you have that option at home. I have informed the class that there are sections we skip because of inappropriate content and they are to only watch the times I have listed. Thank you, Carrie
